Lazy being the operative word.....

If you ever decide to buy a piece of furniture from LaZBoy and they push you to buy the fabric protectant and/or a protection warranty....

DON'T DO IT

DO NOT DO IT. In fact try desperately to find a piece of furniture you like as well or better somewhere else!

They honor next to nothing but make it sound like a dream come true......until you need to use it......shoot me now

They got me......don't let them get you too

Maybe you didn't listen to the information provided at the time of sale. You already admitted to being over worked, underpaid and underappreciated...... Maybe you underestimated the importance of the information given at the time of the sale. It's not La-Z-Boy, significant point in who provides the protection. The companies that provide the protection have 3 simple rules you need to follow:
BEFORE you Call in a claim (SAME AS ANY OTHER WARRANTY SERVICE - TRULY A SIGNIFICANT POINT TO REMEMBER!!!)
1. What Happened,
2. What is it.
3. When Did it Happen.
Nobody covers "I don't Know" accidents, spills or stains......

If this wretched economy does NOTHING else for us, I hope it wakes up companies to the fact that we don't have to deal with their crappy customer service. When we have limited dollars to spend, maybe they'll think hard about how to earn those dollars.
